Space Video of the Day - 080205
Yesterday NASA beamed the Beatles' song Across the Universe over the Deep Space Network in the direction of Polaris, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the recording of the song, the 50th anniversary of NASA and the beginnings of the Beatles, and the 45th anniversary of the Deep Space Network. In about 431 years, if any intelligent life is orbiting Polaris, they'll know where to go to find tasty, tasty humans.
