Space Video of the Day - 080705

Today's space video of the day is about ARES, a proposed airplane designed to fly in the Martian atmosphere, sampling the atmosphere and scanning the surface in detail, and filling the gap between satellites in orbit and rovers on the ground. Yes, I know, Ares is also the name of NASA's new class of rockets, and the Orion capsule borrows its name from the Orion nuclear rocket proposal from a half century ago. NASA has run out of names.
